Payment was accepted and Evisa is supposedly ready but I CANNOT download it. No email was sent with the PDF file either. Please help as I want to take a ferry from Rhodes to Fethiye on Tues Sept 20!

Double payment issue

Hi, I tried making a payment for four visas and it charged my card twice. The first time I thought it didn't go through so clicked submit again and I noticed there's now two pending charges. Can you confirm if my application succeeded and also if only one payment of $386 will be made?

Can I still apply for a e-visa with my passport expiring on Feb 4, 2023?

I'm holding a US passport, and I've signed up for a tour group that's going to Istanbul from OCT 5, 2022 to OCT 16, 2022.

I tried the e-visa application website and it's now working because my passport is expiring within 6 months.

But according to this article, "As of 1 January 2015, in accordance with the article 7.1b of “the Law on Foreigners and International Protection” no. 6458, foreigners wishing to enter Turkey should carry a travel document (passport) with an expiration date at least 60 days beyond the “duration of stay” of their visa, e-Visa, visa exemption, or residence permit."

How should I apply for a visa then? Can anyone help?

Payment Issue for Visa Application

Hello,

I contacted you all yesterday due to receiving an error when attempting to make a payment. You instructed me to contact my bank, and try making the payment at a different time. I have done both. I appreciate the information, but I tried with 5 different visa cards from different banks and received the same error every time. I tried in different browsers and on different computers but continue to receive the same error. I contacted my bank but they are not even seeing an attempted transaction on their end. My bank expressed that the error is on the merchant site (your site).

Please advise of how to proceed.
