Visa validity confusion

I have a flight to Istanbul on April 4th at 22:00 pm from the UK, which will arrive in Turkey on April 5th at 4:05 am local time. My visa starts from April 5th, so I am confused whether I can board the flight on April 4th, as when I applied for the visa, I stated my arrival date as April 5th. But, my flight is on April 4th. Can the airline allow me to travel? I am traveling with my family and would appreciate your guidance on this matter. Thank you.

I am an Indian citizen living in Dublin, Ireland. There is a requirement for proof of a return ticket. From Turkey, I will be flying to Tbilisi, Georgia for the same holiday purpose. From Tbilisi, I will be returning to Dublin. In this case, can I produce a ticket from Istanbul to Tbilisi enough?
