Hello i hope you may be able to help me, i am applying for a resident ikamet here in Turkey but when i applied i was told that our marriage certificate needed to be authenticated, we were married in Mauritius port louis in 1998 and our lawyer told us that if our certificate can be signed by you then we take it to the kaymakam and he signs it then we take it to the notary this is acceptable. Would it be possible for us to send our certificate to you to be signed, of course i will pay the required sum for this service many thanks paul Paul Sheldrake 05359534327
