PCR Test Applications for Foreign Passengers Arriving Turkey

Travelers are no longer required to show PCR tests or antigen tests, or even vaccination certificates. So you don't need PCR test any longer in order to visit Turkey, you can freely come here to this country. So finally, this is your moment. And by June 1st of 2022, all restrictions in this country have finally been lifted for any domestic flights within the country as well. You don't need anything anymore.

Just keep in mind as well. That depending on the airline you're traveling with, they might have certain regulations in order to board the plane.

COVID-19 Update 2021:

Turkey has introduced a new health declaration form to help stop the spread of COVID-19. All persons traveling to Turkey will now have to fill out a Form for Entry to Turkey before entering the country. The form must be filled in within the last 72 hours before travel.

PCR Test Guidelines to Enter in Turkey

Passenger Locator Form

Before arrival in Turkey, airlines will provide a passenger locator form as a part of data collection. Airline personnel may conduct a screening related to COVID-19, which they may share with third-party institutions and the Turkish Health Ministry.  Travelers must disclose their contact information and residential address where they intend to stay in Turkey.

Passengers must provide authentic documents as part of due process. Falsification of health certificates and incompliance to hygiene standard measures may lead to suspension of entry.

Quarantine Requirements

Passengers who had been in the United Kingdom for ten days have to comply with fourteen days quarantine. The period will start once they arrive in Turkey. If the result is negative on their 10th day, the quarantine period may end by then. If the test turns out positive, passengers have to isolate themselves until the test turns negative.

Testing / screening on arrival

Passengers in all Turkey's ports of entry have to present a negative PCR test to border authorities. The test must not exceed seventy-two hours leeway before departure from their country of origin. Without this requirement, passengers may get denied for boarding. 

Data collection 

There is a possibility that the collected details may get forwarded to third-party institutions for safety purposes. Provide accurate information during screening to not compromise the health of the airline crew and other passengers.
