Since BRP is changing to evisa ON 31st December in UK do I add evisa or BRP as supporting document. I am considering travelling on 31st December 2024.

Is E-visa still allowed if I'm transiting to Istanbul for 4 hours? I have a flight from Manila to Berlin and someone told me that e-visa is no longer acceptable in the immigration. I only have 4 hours layover and I don't have enough time to apply for the actual visa.
