Hello, i want to book flight from Luxembourg to Delhi and Delhi to Luxembourg visa Istanbul... Layover in Istanbul will of 3 hours while going and 6 hours while returning..Do I need transit visa ?? Please please reply soon

E-VISA for Palestinians

Greetings,
I’m Palestinian from Gaza currently studying in France (Short visit) and I have to attend a cultural event in Turkey (I have an invitation letter), can I apply for Turkey E-VISA?
Note that If I returned to Gaza and applied for regular visa I will miss the event, so the only option I have is to travel from Paris to Istanbul.

Just enquiring how long this will take as it only said it will take 1-2 business days and I will be arriving in Turkey on the 05th of October?

Cruise Ship disembarkation date on visa

I filled out the evisa form online, it was accepted with a temporary application ID number, but I have not paid. I realized that I filled out the application for the disembarkation date of the cruise in Istanbul at the end of the cruise, but forgot that the cruise ship visits two ports in Turkey prior to the end of the cruise. I would like to change the date in Turkey on the application to the prior stops. Should I just submit another application with the earlier date since I have not paid for the first application?
