I bought flight ticket from Kam air airline to Istanbul and from Istanbul by Norwegian to Oslo. I should stay at Istanbul airport about 18 hours for next flight. Do I need transit visa at the Istanbul airport or not?

My name is Younis, I am trying to apply for E-Visa for my wife because we are planning to visit Turkish in August,2024 and she have a Palestinian passport, I tried online but I don't see Palestine listed in the nationality list! please advise me how to get it and how to do it since Palestine is qualified for E-visa.

I am living in Germany and will have a vacation in Turkey in August. I will be flying with Air Anka (return), but when I filled out the Visa requirements it said I have to fly by Turkish Airline or Pegasus Airline.

Can I still submit that I fulfill this requirement or what would you recommend me to request for an e-Visa?
