Extra charges on my electronic visa

I tried to book a single entry electronic visa to Turkey through online website but I was charged extra fees of 144 US dollars. Can you please cancel this transaction. I wasn’t expecting to be charged this much as the website says it is only 53 US dollars. Can you please advise. If money can be refunded that would be great. I appreciate the help in advance for this

ban of travelers from Sri Lanka

In November 2021 I got to know that travelers hoping to visit Turkey from Sri Lanka and few other countries were banned. The ban was imposed as a measure to control the spread of covid 19.

Recently a friend told me that Sri Lanka is no more on the banned list.

I am hoping to visit Turkey during the month of December/January and wish to know the current status of this ban.

Kindly let me know if Sri Lanka has been removed from the list.

I am a Belgian citizen and I will travel to Turkey on the 2nd of December, I payed for the evisa yesterday but haven't received any confirmation nor the visa itself.

I am from Ghana .I have paid my e-visa fee on 26th November,2021 but no on formation concerning the issue of visa till now. Meanwhile I traveling on Monday,29 November,2021 at 7.10 pm. Kindly let me hear from you soonest.

E-Visa Fees

I applied for an e-visa today for my 8-hour connection in Istanbul. I just noticed that my credit card was charged $144 as an application fee. I believe the correct fee is $20. Is there a way to fix this issue?

Good day

I trust you are well. I would like to emigrate to Turkey in March 2022 and I would like to bring my 2 cats with me. I have read up on the requirements and regulations for bringing cats into Turkey. I would like to know how much the customs fees would be on arrival into Turkey as I will not be making use of a pet travel agency to bring my cats to Turkey. I would also like to know if there are any regulations I should be aware of since I will not use a pet travel agency.

For an urgent Matters I did cancel my trip to Turkey which was On Nov 07/ 2021 and The Trip reschedule on Nov 24 /2021 ,I already have paid HES Code ,Can I use it on the reschedule trip on Nov 24 /2021 .The HES I have from Your office never be used because of the trip cancellation and also all the information provided will remain the same .

I did not receive any email after paying

I apply for an evisa on the 16th of november. I fill and paid for the evisa. I get a Visa File Number (HSM-UFQN) but I did not receive any email or any link to get/download the evisa. I have been charge for these but I did not get anything to get the evisa. Can you help ? Thanks

We will reach Istanbul at 5 PM on 19th November. Our e-visa date starts from 20th November (7 hours before arrival time). We are traveling with a special need child. Please help and allow us to enter few hours early.
