E-Visa application inquiry

I'm a Nigerian passport holder with a permanent resident status from the US. I need help applying for the Turkey E-Visa because I have an upcoming trip in December that has a layover in Turkey (8 hours). I'll like to explore Turkey during my layover period.
Is my status eligible for the e-visa? If yes, how do I apply?

Hello. I'm an Armenian citizen. For October, I have a flight booked directly from Istanbul to Cairo. If I enter Turkey 48 hours before my flight, do I need to apply for an e-visa or a transit visa to go out of the airport and explore the city for less than 48 hours? I saw this article on your website that says that
"For Armenians transiting through Turkey, the visa is unessential. Turkey will allow transit passengers to stay within their borders for up to 48 hours. Armenians can also enter through road borders with the same requirements as foreign nationals".
Does this mean that I dont need to apply for visa ?
Please help me understand what I'm supposed to do
