I hope this email will find you will. I hold a Canadian travel document and I have Palestinian citizenship. I want to apply for a tourist visa but I can't find an option to do it through the page for travel document. kindly assist us in filling out the application as a Canadian travel document holder. or recommend an agent who can assist with that.

Visa Rejection Query

I have applied for a visit visa with my wife along with our 2 years old daughter. We had a planned to visit Turkey for 12 days only and explore the rich Islamic culture of Turkey. But unfortunately our visa got rejected and no reason was provided. I request you to please share the rejection reason so we could correct it before applying next time.

I have tried to apply for E-visa via the portal 2 times and for some reason I am receiving the following error even though I am eligible for the E-Visa, this error pops up when I verify my email :

"Sorry
Unfortunately, we are not able to issue e-Visa for you.

Please proceed to the nearest Turkish Embassy or Consulate for visa application. For a complete list of Turkish mission, visit http://www.visa.gov.tr"

Transit visa for USA green card holder

My mom is a green card holder and we are all US citizens. We are traveling to Pakistan via Turkish airlines Dec 13-Dec 31) and in the return flight we have 28 hours of transit in Istanbul airport. We all want to go out of airport and move around during the transit. Does my mom or we all need the transit visa?
