Hello, my husband and I have recited in the United States for 28 years and we are green card holders. We have Nigerian passport and would like to visit Turkey as tourists.The website is not allowing me to make application online for the E Visa, but I would like to know how to make application before we go to the embassy. Help to refund my fees from university

Hello sir my name is Hassan Anayat ullah . I am from Abbottabad Pakistan. Sir I will apply for a study visa of turkey in Istanbul Aydin university in April 2024 . But my visa was refused. Now I want to refund my fees from university. But the university says whenever the embassy not confirm us about yours, visa, refusal we not refund yours fee.
