Hello, I'm Jordanian, holding a Canadian travel document and Permit Resident. There's no option to fill out the visa application. because even i fill my citizenship as Jordan or Canada, my application will not continue . i need the visa ASAP for medical procedures in Istanbul for 1 week maximum
